Adds section 3 on sustainability information and environmental claims: suppliers confirm their statements before saving, the statements are shown on every plan as the supplier's own statement, the rules that apply, where misleading claims can be reported, and what Flobid does when a statement is incorrect.
Verbindlich ist der englische Text.
These terms apply when your company uses Flobid as a supplier: to have a profile, receive matched requests, unlock requests and send quotes. Flobid is a business-to-business service, and these terms are also the terms and conditions under the EU Platform-to-Business Regulation (2019/1150). The company that provides Flobid is named on this page under Company details.
1. What Flobid does
Flobid sends buyers' requests for quotation to suppliers that match the category, delivery country and other requirements of each request, and lets suppliers answer with quotes. Flobid is not a party to any agreement between you and a buyer. The order, delivery, payment and warranty are agreed directly between you and the buyer.
2. Your profile
- You must give correct information about your company, its products and services, and keep it up to date.
- Profiles may be created from public company data before a supplier signs up. You can claim your profile and then control its content, or ask us to remove it.
- Verification, certificates and sustainability information are shown only after we have reviewed the documents you provide. Verification confirms the checks described on the verification page, not the quality of your products.
3. Plans and prices
Flobid has a free Basic plan and paid plans. The current prices, what each plan includes and the price of unlocking a request are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. VAT is charged according to the rules for business customers in the EU.
- Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. You can upgrade at once; a downgrade applies from the next period.
- Included unlocks are used within their month and do not carry over.
- Payment is handled by our payment provider. Invoices and receipts are available in the billing section of the app.
4. Unlocking requests
- An unlock gives you the full request, attachments, the buyer's company name and the right to send a quote and messages. The buyer's e-mail address and phone number are shown once the buyer has opened your quote or written to you.
- At most five suppliers can unlock the same request. A supplier the buyer invited gets its own place in addition to the five.
- Money back: an unlock is returned automatically if Flobid removes the request as spam, duplicate or invalid, if the buyer cancels it within 48 hours, or if the buyer has not opened any quote within 14 days. A returned unlock comes back as an included unlock or as a deduction on your next invoice, never as a cash payment.
5. How requests are matched and suppliers ranked
The main parameters that decide which suppliers a request is sent to, and in which order suppliers are shown, are described on the ranking page, including the weight each parameter has. Your plan has a limited weight in matching, as stated there. Paid placement on a category page is always marked as an advertisement and does not affect matching.
6. Quotes and messages
- Quotes must be real offers that you are able to deliver.
- Do not share contact details in messages to get around how Flobid shows them, do not send unsolicited advertising, and do not publish anything unlawful or misleading.
- You are responsible for your quotes and for your agreements with buyers.
7. Content you add
You keep the rights to what you upload. You give Flobid the right to store, process and show it on Flobid and to buyers as far as needed to provide the service, including showing your public profile.
8. Restriction, suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or end your use of Flobid if you break these terms or the law, or if your account is used for fraud. Before or at the latest when a restriction or suspension takes effect, we give you a statement of reasons. If we end the agreement entirely, we give you at least 30 days' notice and the reasons, unless the law requires otherwise or you have repeatedly broken these terms. You can stop using Flobid and cancel paid plans at any time; a cancelled plan runs until the end of the paid period.
9. Complaints
You can complain about our decisions, technical problems or anything else concerning Flobid through the contact page (topic: complaint). We handle complaints free of charge, within a reasonable time, and tell you the outcome. You may also turn to mediation; we will name mediators on request in line with the Platform-to-Business Regulation.
10. Changes to these terms
We publish changes here with the date they take effect and show a notice in the app. Changes take effect at the earliest 15 days after the notice, unless the law requires a change sooner or the change only benefits you. If you do not accept a change, you can end the agreement before it takes effect.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Flobid is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss caused by buyers or other users. Our total liability towards you is limited to what you have paid Flobid in the twelve months before the event that caused the loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by a Swedish general court, with the district court for the place where the company providing Flobid has its registered office as first instance.
